The fallen angel known as Ishtar claims to be a woman and a man at the same time. In the ancient world, he loved parades where men and women would dress scantily and saunter down the streets showing off their genitalia. They danced, simulated sex acts, and screamed profanity at the top of their lungs. They would be accompanied by people playing instruments and singing vulgar songs. Townsfolk lined the streets and expressed their pleasure at the debauchery. Men, women and children cheered as drag queens strutted down the street.

Ishtar has been unsuccessful in Muslim nations. He is not doing well in Russia, China, and other totalitarian states. The nation of Uganda has imposed a death sentence on any person who claims to be a homosexual.

PRIDE MONTH

As a Christian, I condemn the so-called Pride month featured in the United States. I firmly reject the sinful parades of people flaunting their moral depravities. I can promise there is no good pride associated with this lifestyle. It is a month of shame for the men and women who have chosen to deviate from the natural order created by God.

“For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.

For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:

Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.

Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:

Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.

For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:

And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.

And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;

Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:

Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.” (Romans 1:18-32)

They have hardened their hearts to the point that they see their way of life as normal and wholesome. Anyone trying to convince them otherwise is spurned and ridiculed as a dinosaur living in the past for holding such antiquated beliefs. They don’t know it, but they are possessed by evil spirits.

“And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk: Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.” (Revelation 9:20-21)

LAUNCH YOUR PRAYER LIFE

What is prayer? It can seem intimidating but prayer is simply talking with God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit. There is no special wording needed. You don’t need to use Elizabethan English when you pray. Just talk with the Lord as you would with another person. God is not deaf or an idiot. You don’t need to scream because His hearing is so good that your thoughts are known to Him when you pray silently.

“But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking. Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.” (Matthew 6:7-8)

Set up a schedule for talking with God. I have a morning prayer and I do not leave my bed until I talk to the Lord about the day ahead of me. Jesus provided us with a model prayer when the disciples asked Him how to pray.

“After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.” (Matthew 6:9-13)

Jesus also said it is necessary to bind the strong man before you can walk into his house and take his property.

“And Jesus knew their thoughts, and said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand:

And if Satan cast out Satan, he is divided against himself; how shall then his kingdom stand? And if I by Beelzebub cast out devils, by whom do your children cast them out? therefore they shall be your judges. But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God is come unto you.

Or else how can one enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he first bind the strong man? and then he will spoil his house.” (Matthew 12:25-29)

Before you begin talking with God, search your heart and repent of any sins that are in your life. Spiritual warfare will be ineffective if you harbor unforgiveness against someone. If you do something that is displeasing to the Lord, repent of it because sin will hinder the effectiveness of your prayers.

“Therefore if thou bring thy gift to the altar, and there rememberest that thy brother hath ought against thee; Leave there thy gift before the altar, and go thy way; first be reconciled to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift.” (Matthew 5:23-24)

MORNING PRAYER

Begin by praising and worshiping God the Father, Jesus the Son and God the Holy Spirit. Your personal protection prayer starts by reading a chapter from the New Testament. You can begin with the Gospel of Matthew and read a chapter each day. Then read and pray over each point in the following passage of scripture.

“For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)

Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.” (2 Corinthians 10:3-6)

Recite and claim the following promises:

“For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” (2 Timothy 1:7)

Ask Jesus to dress you with the armor of God for the next twenty-four hours.

“Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.

Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:

Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints.” (Ephesians 6:10-18)

Declare that the Word of God will operate in your life and that you will have a bountiful harvest. Thank God for making His promises come true and prospering in your life.

“Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near: Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.

For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:

So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

For ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.

Instead of the thorn shall come up the fir tree, and instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree: and it shall be to the LORD for a name, for an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off.” (Isaiah 55:6-13)

Assert that what you have read is real in your life for the next twenty-four hours. Rebuke the Devil and his minions in the name of Jesus and bind them in the entire world as far as you, your ministry, and your life are concerned for the next twenty-four hours. This means your health, family, job, and everything with which you are involved.

Take all of your enemies to the Lord and ask God to destroy their evil works for the next twenty-four hours. It doesn’t matter where they live, just pray. Ask God to destroy any malicious work that you might be unaware of as well.

Break all curses in the name of Jesus that people might speak against you during the next twenty-four hours. Include any curse you might speak against yourself out of ignorance or unbelief.

Ask God to send out ministering angels to guide, protect, and help you in every way. This is done so that you can be blessed throughout the day and receive what God has in store for you.

Pray for yourself. Repent of the sins in your life and ask God to show what you need to clean up in your life. Pray that God will keep you well and that you will be anointed during the next twenty-four hours.

Pray for other people who are on your prayer list. This is when you take their needs to the Lord and intercede for them.

I also have a time of devotion where I read the Scriptures and put on the armor of God. As the day progresses, I talk with the Lord as needed. Let the Holy Spirit add and enrich your prayer life.

Close by praising and worshiping the Lord. He has heard the issues you brought up; thank Him and in faith claim that victory is on the way.

EVENING PRAYER

In the evening prior to sleeping, I review my day with the Lord and repent of sins as necessary.

I pray for people that I interact with in the ministry and in my personal life.

I ask God to erect walls of fire around my land on all sides that I can safely dwell within. I also ask God to set up an angelic command center over the property to ensure that all satanic activities for the next day (twenty-four hours) are halted.

My evening prayer comes to an end with praise of God.

This is a short introduction of what a regulated prayer life looks like and I will teach more on this subject in future teachings.
