On January 22, 1973, the Supreme Court of the United States of America ruled that abortion was a "right" when, in fact, abortion is the waiver of a right – the baby's right to live. The life of a baby begins long before he or she is born. A new individual human being begins at fertilization, when the sperm and ovum meet to form a single cell. If the baby's life is not interrupted, he or she will someday become an adult man or woman.

It is the sad to see the principles upon which our founding fathers stood, totally forgotten and done away with.

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."

Our founding fathers knew that governments are instituted by the people, and it is the people who have the right to alter or do away with them should they become destructive. They said the people which lived in the land were to lay their government's foundation upon principles which will result in safety and happiness. Living under the tyranny of King George III and seeing the system's shortcomings, they instituted a form of government which employed checks and balances with the ability to change or put an end to a government that was corrupt.

"That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness."

Furthermore, they said that once a government was established, its laws should not be changed to gratify somebody's temporary need.

"Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes..."

It is therefore ironic that the very document which guarantees civil rights to all people regardless of race, gender, and age, is the same document used to oppress a human being who is not able to speak or defend them self in any way. Abortion is indeed a "light and transient cause", it has never been, nor will it ever be a civil right! Abortion is simply a quick and dirty fix for an unwanted baby that has long term consequences for both the mother and aborted child.

Protected by the Federal Government, the abortion mills are running at full speed, with over 4,000 babies being slaughtered every day. Mathematically that means there are 166 babies killed every hour, and so for every minute that passes, 3 babies have been murdered. The number of American killed in the womb since 1973 when abortion was made a "constitutional right" is staggering, with the number passing over forty million and growing daily!

There are people who believe you can deliver a baby entirely except for the head, puncture the skull, suck the brains out and pronounce that a constitutional right has just been exercised. That really says it all.

WHAT DOES GOD SAY ABOUT ABORTION

One of Satan's biggest weapons is lying, the Bible says, "when he speaks a lie, he speaks of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it."

Satan has proven that he is very knowledgeable when it comes to scripture, he used it against Jesus when tempting Him in the wilderness. Matthew 4:1-11

One of Satan's biggest lies being perpetuated today, even by Christian pastors, is that all babies go to heaven.  Never mind the fact that this is not supported in scripture, people just want to feel good because babies are innocent, cannot speak or defend themselves and therefore do not deserve to go to hell.

This author would very much like to believe that all babies go to heaven because it would not be fair if they were sent to hell.

In the 32 years since abortion was legalized, there have been over 40 million babies killed, approximately 1.3 million each year, around 4,000 every single day.

A special note to those young women who may have sinned and are pregnant. You have two, TWO, options. Keep the baby, or give the baby up for adoption. These are the ONLY two choices. Abortion is murder. To have an abortion is simply compounding your initial sin. Trust me, as LONG AS YOU LIVE, the choice to kill your baby will be with you. Having counseled thousands of women who have had an abortion, the FACT the women's movements, the pro-death (choice) movement conveniently forget to tell you, is that you will never.....EVER....forget this incident in your life.

My friend, God is NOT going to be mocked! When the church of Jesus Christ compromises the truth of His Word, it ceases to be the church. Theologically, abortion is not even a debatable issue since ALL life comes from God and killing an innocent baby is murder! I encourage you to find out the stance of YOUR church on abortion, and if they call it anything but murder, LEAVE!

Are there options? Yes, two of them. ONLY TWO. The first is to have and keep the baby. The second is to have the baby and put the child up for adoption. *ABORTION IS NOT AN OPTION. If you are not married, you have already sinned by having sex outside of marriage, don't compound your sin by murdering your baby!

I am often asked if abortion is acceptable in the case of rape and incest. The answer is NO! Some people think that if you have an abortion and kill the baby that was the result of this horrible act, it makes it easier for the woman to move on with her life. In reality, the opposite is true. What really happens is this. The horror of an abortion is something a woman NEVER forgets.

In having to deal with the memory of the abortion, it also brings back the memory of the violent act that caused the pregnancy. This makes getting beyond the tragic experience that much more difficult. Also, when the life of the mother is at stake this is NOT an abortion, it is a medical procedure. This is not a choice to kill the baby because it is unwanted.

Let me say a word to those men and women that have the scar of abortion in your life. Sadly, I deal daily with hundreds of women AND men that have made this sad choice at some point in their life. Some of them did this 40 years ago and still are dealing the hurt, and pain, and guilt. You can't go back and change what you have done. 1 John 1:9 says that if we confess our sins, God forgives us and cleanses us of all unrighteousness. Trust His Word. The Bible also tells us that God not only forgives our sins, but forgets them. If He forgets, than you need to forget as well. It is satan who reminds you of your past sins to keep you paralyzed from serving God.

HE IS A LIAR!!! Now is the time to trust God's Word, and put this behind you once and for all. God still has much for you to do.

I love you and care about you so much. I pray that today one person will read these words that has been thinking of having an abortion. God is speaking to your heart today. He loves you, and He loves that baby living inside of you. Rather than listening to this evil world tell you that it is OK to murder your baby, listen to God who put that life inside of you and let your baby LIVE!

While we are busy arguing what translation of the Bible we should read, the 10 BILLION dollar a year porn business is growing. While we are busy arguing about what Preacher Bob is doing down the street, 4,000 innocent babies every day are being slaughtered. Satan is sitting back in his recliner with a bowl of popcorn, a drink, and laughing at us while we are busy fighting each other and allowing him to do whatever he wants!
