UNDERSTANDING THE RULES
There are many different sports events in the world: tennis, golf, soccer, football, basket ball, and so on. Each sport events has its own rules. If a player does not know the rules, he will not last very long in the game. If a spectator does not know the rules, he will become bored and turn to watch something else. As people living on this earth, we are not SPECTATORS, but players in a gigantic game of life or death. It can also be described as a war between the kingdom of God and the kingdom of Satan. The rules are laid out in the Bible. If you do not know the rules, the war is not only going to be boring for you, it is going to be deadly to your health, finances and life. (John 10:10)

INTELLIGENCE SERVICES - THE SCOURGE OF THE EARTH
As I have told you in previous newsletters, the nations’ intelligence services are not controlled by each national government, but they are controlled by the World Government. You would expect that the World Government would speak with one voice and follow the line of one policy, but this is not the case.

The figurehead that can be seen by the world is Edgar Bronfman who is holds the title of President of the World Jewish Congress. But you must understand that Bronfman is not the top leader. Above the World Jewish Congress is another power circle known only as the "Council of 33." As far as I am concerned, the members of this council are not known to anyone outside their own circle. Above this council is a smaller group known as the "Council of 13."

The Bible is very clear on the subject of a coming world ruler who is called "The Beast, the Man of Sin, the Son of Perdition." (II Thessalonians 2:1-4; Revelation 13:1-9) He is also known in the Bible as the "Antichrist." (I John 4:1-3)

The Bible tells us very plainly, that this coming world dictator is not just going to be a political leader, but he is going to be the head of a strong religious faith, and he is going to demand "absolute" worship of himself as "the god of this earth." (Daniel 11:36-39; Matthew 24:15; Revelation 14:9-11) At his side, he will appoint a RELIGIOUS HEAD, who shall be the PONTIFF (high priest) of this world religion. The Bible calls this religious leader the "FALSE PROPHET." (Revelation 13:11-15; 19:20)

The foundation of this world religion is known as "THE CABALA," which is an offshoot of Judaism. The Council of 13 is formed from the following concept. There were twelve tribes of Israel, which were founded by the twelve sons of Jacob. Each tribe will have one seat on this council which will be ruled by the Messiah.

This understanding is not taken from some "far out group," but is a solid Biblical teaching and is clearly seen in Matthew 19:27-28. When Jesus walked on this earth, he selected 12 apostles, each representing a tribe of Israel. Jesus was the Messiah and the ruler of this group of 12 men. This concept has been known among the Jewish people for more than 2,000 years, and thus when Jesus set up his government on the earth in the form of His church, the Council of 13 was the highest authority in the New Testament Church.

The Devil has taken this concept and adopted it for his own organization. It is clearly stated in Revelation chapter 13, verse 2. It is the Devil himself who will raise up this world leader, and give him a throne, power and authority.

THE AMERICAN CIVIL LIBERTIES UNION (ACLU)
This organization was founded by Roger Baldwin and his supporters in New York City in 1920. The organization has from its beginning been dominated by radical Jewish lawyers and has been not only an intelligence operation for the World Government, but also used as a destructive force against Christianity in the United States.

One of the best known cases that the ACLU has taken credit for is the Scopes Trial in 1925, in which the State of Tennessee was forced by a court decision to teach evolution in the public schools of that state. At that time the Christians did not understand the impact this decision would have on America, but today evolution is taught, not as a theory but as fact all over America. It has destroyed the moral value of generations of Americans who were taught as children that they were nothing but an outgrowth of evolution by chance and just another mammal in the animal kingdom. Once the understanding that people were created in the image of God was gone, the attack came in the form of immorality, drunkenness, drug abuse and turning to the occult for answers.

In 1930 the ACLU provided the legal defense for the Jehovah’s Witnesses’ organization, that they could not be forced to salute the American flag. Most people today would say, what’s the big deal? What we must understand is this, a nation is only as strong as it is able to rally its citizens to work together. As long as the original constitution stands, it is the duty of each American citizen to defend it, or we will lose our nation. If all the people at the time of the American Revolution would have walked away and refused to fight for freedom, there would be no United States today. Somebody had to stand up and put his life on the line. The ACLU does not want a strong America, they want to integrate this nation into the World League of nations.

During the 1950's and 1960's the ACLU was very busy in further undermining the moral fiber of the United States. It participated in court cases involving banning Loyalty Oaths, blacklisting of supposed Communists and it took a great part in the case brought forward by Madelyn Murray O’Hare (the athiest from Texas). She used her son to take a case all the way to the United States Supreme Court in 1963, in which the Supreme Court ruled that prayer in public schools was unconstitutional.

It is hard say how much influence and work the ACLU supplied to the infamous Supreme Court decision in 1973 (Roe vs. Wade), when the flood gate of murdering babies (abortion) was opened. But the policy of killing the unborn fits the policies of the ACLU, which from its beginning was to destroy the very moral fiber of America.

Today, 1999 the ACLU is feared by all public officials and businessmen. The ACLU no longer needs to take anyone to court, all they have to do is threaten a lawsuit and it is usually enough to make their opponents comply with whatever the ACLU dictates.

The ACLU is run like a business corporation with a national board of directors and 275,000 members paying dues as of the early 1990's.

THE SOUTHERN POVERTY LAW CENTER
This is a fairly new organization, directed by the American Jew, Morris Dees. This organization seems to have large financial support and is in great favor with the TV networks and other media outlets. SPLC is specializing in keeping track of White Supremacist groups, terrorists in general and anyone else who they deem dangerous. Fundamental Bible believing Christians who believe the Bible and are trying to tell Jewish people that God loves them and that Jesus is their Messiah are very dangerous to Mr. Dees.

The SPLC must have a large staff, because they have vast computer files on thousands of Americans and churches. When something happens like a mass murder or some other gruesome crime and the media labels it a HATE CRIME, the SPLC will furnish the TV stations with information, that is normally not available to the general public.

As its backup is another Jewish organization, THE ANTI DEFAMATION LEAGUE. This organization is much older, was founded in 1913 and is a branch of the B’nai B’rith. The ADL was formed to counter attacks on Jewish people and to defend any perceived antisemitism.

JEWISH DEFENSE LEAGUE (JDL)
This organization was founded in 1968 by the American born Jew, Martin David Kahane, who was born in New York in 1932 and shot to death in New York in 1990. After being educated in the U.S., he later studied at Mirrer Yeshiva in New York and was ordained as an Orthodox rabbi in 1957. He changed his name to Meir Kahane and moved to Israel in 1971, after having served prison time in the U.S. for making bombs. In Israel he formed a political party, the Kach Party and used it to stir fervor against Arabs. Even in the Jewish community in America, the JDL is considered a militant group. But they have been able to build a huge computer file system on people and organizations which they deem to be anti-Semitic. The JDL encountered some criminal charges in the city of San Francisco, when they themselves had broken the law to gain access to information they were seeking.

WHAT DOES ALL THIS MEAN TO YOU?
First of all, understand this, the world Jewish leadership are not happy with Christianity. This should not come as a surprise to you. When Jesus walked on the earth, despite that his mother was from the tribe of Judah, the Jewish leadership had him crucified.

That information is found in the New Testament and is backed up by secular historical records. The book of Acts tells us of the struggle between the followers of Jesus and the Jewish establishment, despite the fact that all the original apostles were from the tribes of Israel.

In order for an Antichrist to be able to establish his rule on the earth, he must first deal with the Christians. It can be done in several ways: convert them to believe in the Jewish system, suppress them into submission or kill them. Currently the first two options are being used, and in time the third option will come into play. See the book of Revelation, chapters 13 and 14.

When the Southern Baptist Convention some time ago voted on a resolution to increase their witnessing to the Jewish people, every Jewish organization went on the attack, and the president of the convention had to do some fancy foot work in order to appease the Jewish leadership. Today, in America and Europe, no one can survive in the business world if the Jewish leadership marks anyone as "anti-Semitic." All media will act like an attack dog, and in no time at all the person or organization is either brought to a place of repentance, or they are destroyed.

With the Internet, the Jewish defense groups for a while did not know what to do. Then they came up with a brilliant idea. Since the Christians were up in arms over all the smut and pornography flowing over the Internet, they proposed a "FILTER" system. This would protect the children, they told the Christian leadership. It did not take very long for some software companies to be formed which designed a filter system for programs that were undesirable. This was endorsed by Christian denominations and other leaders. People were urged to subscribe to this filter system which would guarantee that all smut and pornography would be filtered out.

What the general public does not know is that the Jewish organizations I have listed in this newsletter have access to these filter providers. And any person or organization which might be a threat to the Jewish leadership, but have nothing to do with pornography, will also be filtered out. Thus, a control has been put on the Internet and any person or organization who is not cleared by the Jewish leadership, will simply be filtered out. Thus the vast majority of the Christians using the filter system can be kept from information which the Jews consider harmful to their own interests.

AM I ANTI-SEMITIC?
To the Jewish leadership, I am. Their definition is that a person is anti-Semitic if he is not a Jew and is talking about Jewish issues. According to God’s Word, the Bible, I am not. My greatest desire is to see people saved and healed from their diseases, and that includes Jewish people. I don’t want to see anyone end up in hell. If loving the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and giving the Gospel of Jesus Christ to Jewish people is anti-Semitic, then both God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Ghost fall into that category. Jesus told us that those who have rejected him will also reject us who bring the good news of salvation to the lost. It is because I love the Jewish people, that I expose the secrets of the Antichrist system and then follow up with the Gospel!

IS RED CHINA PREPARING FOR WAR?
One of the major players in the World Government is the Rothschild family. This was the family which was selected to carry out the FINANCIAL REFORM in the 18^th and 19^th centuries, which laid the foundation for the World Government as we know it today with its World Bank and the IMF (International Monetary Fund).

The flagship of the Rothschild family is the Rothschild Bank, with offices in Paris, London and a number of other cities in the world. The Rothschild banking enterprise owns a number of other banks, for example Bank of the West, which is operating on the West Coast of the United States. Most people in the United States have never heard of the Rothschild family, but this family is operating in the same mode as the American Rockefeller family, with its flagship, Chase Manhattan Bank.

The Rothschild family is Jewish, but despite their background, the Rothschild banking system played a major role in the 1920's and 30's, when Nazi Germany was born into existence and built up to a world menace.

Shortly prior to the outbreak of World War II in Europe, which began on September 1, 1939, the Rothschilds disappeared from Europe. The family owned a number of castles in Europe with priceless furniture and oil paintings. Suddenly all this wealth was packed into crates and vanished. When the German panzers rolled across Western Europe, the Rothschild castles were still there, but they were empty. When the war was over in 1945, and the Germans driven out of the lands, the Rothschild family members came back on the scene with their crates of treasures. Most of the family members waited out the war either in England or in the United States, but their belongings had been hidden somewhere in Europe.

As pointed out in my main article of The Dove, the Rothschild Dynasty employs the most effective intelligence service in the world; they are second to none. No war will ever break out without the Rothschilds knowing it in advance. Any well educated student of history will know this.

In July, 1999 THE OFFSHORE FINANCIAL REVIEW broke this shocking news:

J ROTHSCHILDS’ RETREAT PROMPTS IFA ANGER.

The world famous Rothschild financial group has terminated operations in Southeast Asia. Their managers were given just two weeks notice to close all remaining business in the Asian market. This sudden decision came after pursuing a large scale marketing campaign hosting seminars and sending sales managers out to encourage business. The Rothschilds were selling life insurance products in Asia and were believed to have a profitable business.

The man that brought this news to the attention of the Christian community is Lawrence T. Patterson, the publisher of "Criminal Politics," in his August issue.

Mr. Patterson’s conclusion is that the reason for this closing is an expectation of military operations in Asia, in which China will attack Taiwan, and war will also break out in Korea. No banker in his right mind is going to sell life insurance products if he knows that a war is going to break out.

My conclusion is that the Communist Chinese, who for years have told us that some day they will take back Taiwan with force, might JUST START THIS WAR when January 1, 2000 rolls in and the American military establishment is at its weakest point with possibly months to recover their broken down computers. With the Chinese military leaders knowing this, they might do what Adolf Hitler did in 1938, when he annexed Austria, striking first while the world was not prepared to resist. Let us not forget the attack on Pearl Harbor, December 7, 1941. The Japanese intelligence service had predicted that the United States would not be able to strike back, and that this was their window of opportunity.

Christians, this is a time to pray and fast and ask God to stay this evil before it opens up another ugly war that will take the lives of millions of people.
